Jillian Schroeder-Fenlon
Jillian Schroeder-Fenlon teaches Lawyering and Business Organizations.
Before joining ºìÐÓ¶ÌÊÓƵ, Schroeder-Fenlon was an associate at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer US LLP in New York, where her practice focused on aircraft financing and prime brokerage transactions, and at Ballard Spahr LLP in Philadelphia, where she represented both lenders and borrowers in commercial real estate financing transactions.
Most recently, Schroeder-Fenlon was the Associate Director of NYU School of Law’s Business Transactions Clinic, teaching and overseeing second- and third-year law students as they provided free business and transactional legal services to nonprofit organizations, social enterprises, and under-resourced entrepreneurs and small businesses operating in areas of concern to the public. Previously, she taught legal writing and transactional legal writing to law students at Villanova University’s Charles Widger School of Law and U.S. legal writing to L.L.M. students at the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School.
